Every once in a while, someone comes to me and says something like this: "Siwei, I've got to figure out how my marketing campaigns are doing. I created a Google Analytics account, I've never done it before and I've got just a few days to get everything straightens out for this big Facebook/Google Ads promotion.Can you help me? Can you set everything up for me. Can you do it today? Can you, huh? Can you? Huh? Huh?" The answer is yes, sort of. At least, I can give you a "qualified yes" to such a question. Anyways, if you ask how important is it to use data in anyone’s marketing, the answer is pretty much always “very important”.
